TO OPERATE OUR SOFTWARE YOU NEED A COMPUTER, AN INTERNET CONNECTION, AND WINDOWS 10 OR HIGHER.
DOWNLOAD RDS 20 TO INSTALL THE PROGRAM. READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
DOWNLOAD THEN THE SERVICE PACK RDS 20 TO GET THE LATEST VERSION. WE REGULARLY UPDATE THE SERVICE PACK.
TO RUN THE SOFTWARE YOU NEED A PASSWORD, OUR DONGLE, AND REGULAR LICENSE UPDATES.
CHECK OUT THE QUICK REFERENCES BELOW FOR AN EASY START. HOWEVER, YOU WILL ALWAYS NEED TRAINING WITH US (FOR FREE).
WHENEVER YOU NEED TRAINING OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT, PLEASE PROCEED AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
IMPORTANT: INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation on your PC:
Open the link for RDS20 and download the file CDInstall20.zip.
Extract it in a new subdirectory.
You are the Admin on your PC.
Exit all other apps.
Run CD_Install.EXE.
Install CodeMeter.
Install C++ run time components.
Install MatLab.
RESTART the PC and then run CD_Install.EXE again.
Install the Rale Design System.
You will get your password and the dongle from us to run the Rale Design System.
Download and install the Service Pack for RDS20 to be certain that you have the latest updates.
Server installation (if you have a network dongle):
Install CodeMeter on the server.

License Update
Your system informs you 30 days in advance in case your license needs to be up-dated. Get your license up-date here (website with Codemeter). Make sure to use the computer which has the dongle.
TRAINING / TECHNICAL SUPPORT (HOW TO PROCEED)
If you need help, please proceed as follows:
1. Write a very short description of the solution you need in an e-mail to .
2. Attach your input file. In case you also have an output file (PDF) attach it too and send these files with the e-mail. THIS IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE.
3. We will then use your input file to simulate your problem and come up with a solution.
4. We will then send you a PDF which shows the results you want to obtain together with our input file. You can then use this input file to solve your problem.
FREE TRIAL
We offer FREE TRIAL for potential costumers. Please proceed as described:
1. Send Rale () a description with the technical specifications of 2-3 transformers or chokes you need.
2. Rale will make the designs and send you the results in a PDF.
3. If you need any explanations, Rale will contact you over Telegram, Microsoft Teams (using Microsoft Translator to be able to communicate in your language, e.g. Mandarin/Cantonese, Japanese, Russian, Spanish etc.) or telephone.
4. If you are satisfied, Rale will send you a dongle and give you the password for you to be able to use the software for 27 days FOR FREE.
5. You have to install the software as described on this site (see IMPORTANT: INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) and you will then start with the training (see TRAINING / TECHNICAL SUPPORT (HOW TO PROCEED).
6. If you are happy, you will buy a license for one year and continue to use the installed Rale Design Software.
