1. Install the original Rale Design Software with the communication software contained therein (click USER AREA).

2. Book an appointment for a call with Rale by e-mail () to get your password. Provide in this e-mail a. your name, b. your position in your company, c. your company’s name, d. the telephone number of your company, e. the URL of your company as well as f. your Telegram account (if you have any).

Rale will then contact you over Telegram or telephone to evaluate your needs. He may afterwards ask you to proceed as follows:

3. Send Rale () a description of what you need (2-3 transformers or inductors) with the technical specifications.  

4. Rale will then make the designs, send you the input file and give you further explanations over Telegram or telephone.
